This is a True Thumper 600 cc Four Stroke Enduro or Desert racer Type Motorcycle from 1986. This Vintage Yamaha TT 600 has the Mono Cross System Which Includes a Mono Shock at the Rear and Beefy Long Travel Front Forks. This Bike also has a Large Plastic Desert Racing Type Gas tank to Allow for Long Rides. The Silencer is a SuperTrapp and Sounds Great. This 600 has Tons of Torque and Really Good Power all the Way Through the RPM Range. This Vintage Thumper will Climb Just About Anything if the Rider is Up to It. The Rear Tire is Good, the Front is a Bit Dry and I have an Extra Front Tire that will go with the Bike. This Enduro Type Bike has a Head Light and a Tail Light that are Operated by a Pull Switch Next to Odometer and they Do Work. This Vintage Yamaha Shows Normal Off Road Use with Everything in Good Working Condition Except the Compression Release, it Would Need a Cable and Lever to be Operational. There is No Title, It was Sold New as an Off Road Bike and Still is an Off Road Bike. I Will Gladly Assist Buyers Shipping Agent.

"That's one small step for man..."

Fri, 02 Oct 2009

TO CELEBRATE the 40th anniversary of man's first steps on the moon, Fiat Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo will wear an astronaut-style paint job on his helmet at this weekend's Portuguese GP. The Spaniard's lid has been sprayed to look a little like a spaceman's helmet and has Neil Armstrong's immortal words: "That's one small step for man; one giant leap for mankind" written on the rear. Let's just hope Lorenzo doesn't launch himself this weekend.

2014 Yamaha MT-125 Announced for Europe

Wed, 07 May 2014

Yamaha has added a new 125cc model to its suddenly burgeoning MT series of naked streetbikes in the European market. The 2014 Yamaha MT-125 joins the MT-07, the MT-09 and the MT-09 Street Rally, all of which were introduced in the last year. Unfortunately for the moment only the MT-09 has been announced for the U.S.

Bazzer at Oulton by Niall Mac

Tue, 28 Sep 2010

There is no question that the BSB paddock has been split over the radical new points scoring system introduced for 2010. That said, no one can argue that the formula hasn't worked as we are in for the most exciting season end at the Oulton Park triple header on the 9th/10th of October. There may only be six riders in the final shoot out but there are at least another six that can win races, ultimately spoiling the party for the championship hopefuls.
