Yamaha V Max description

Extremely clean, very low miles, and meticulously well maintained muscle bike.  Bike is a monster - with very aggressive dyno-jet Stage 7 tune and UFO street pro slash cut exhaust/header system.  Warning - bike is loud - sounds like a monster V8.  Dino tune was preformed by John Cornell of UFO cycle (119 HP - I lost the dyno graph in a move).  I only used yamalube full synthetic oil - changed oil every 500-1000 miles.  Full list of upgrades included with bike:

Dyno-Jet Stage 7
4 individuel K&N Air Filters
Crank Case Breather filter
Shift Light
Crash pegs - (more comfortable leg position for me on highway)
Back rest - included but not on bike
Stock Exhaust system - included but not on bike

Bike has been stored inside - literally in my house.

Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.

Jefferies' TT V&M R1 for sale

Tue, 26 Apr 2011

We got a tip-off about a former David Jefferies TT R1 for sale on eBay. The owner says it's from the 1998 TT but I'm pretty sure it was the one he raced in 1999. Here's a little bit more background about the V&M TT effort in 1999: In 1990 Jack Valentine gave up racing to concentrate on running V&M Racing, and after being sacked by Honda at the end of the 1998 season, the team set about to do some giant killing.
