Yamaha V Star description

Up for sale is my starter motorcycle. It is a 2010 Yamaha XVS950.Pearl White with lots of accessories. I bought it to get back into the sport and now its time to move to a bigger bike. Bike comes with a Batwing Fairing with an 8in windshield. Has a Cobra slip on cat-back muffler. It has a Mustang Day tripper seat,Xenon headlight ,saddlebags, Lindy multibar engine guard,led license plate frame,2 usb ports at the windshield. Has  a Garmin Nuvi GPS with Bluetooth. Removeable sissy bar, new rear tire(300 miles or so), and recent oil change. Just a really nice bike but I need something bigger. My loss is your gain. Adult ridden and very well cared for. There is no shipping on this bike unless you set it up and pay for it. I am located in Memphis Tn.

A drop in net sales, an appreciating yen and the fallout from the March 11 earthquake and tsunamis in Japan contributed to a 4.6% drop in profit for Yamaha Motor Co. over the second quarter of 2011. Over the quarter ended June 30, 2011, Yamaha saw a 5.9% drop in net sales compared to the same period in 2010.Yamaha reports sales of 344.5 billion yen (US$4.48 billion) over the second quarter, compared to the 366.3 billion yen (US$4.77 billion) reported in the same quarter in 2010.

Yamaha Motor Co. announced Monday that it is cutting the ringers from its company rugby team. The Yamaha Jubilo rugby club competes in the Top League, the highest level Japanese Rugby Football Union pro league.  The team currently sits fifth out of 14 teams with a 3-2-2 record with a roster of 17 professional players including nine non-Japanese imports.

Yamaha Trademarks Design for Three-Cylinder Sport-Tourer

Yamaha has registered a trademark for the design of a sport-touring model based on the FZ-09. Filed with European Union’s Office for Harminization in the Internal Market, the trademarked design reveals a brand new model sharing the same frame and engine as the FZ-09 (known in Europe as the MT-09.) Discuss this at our Yamaha FZ-09 Forum. The new model will likely be compete against motorcycles such as the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and a rumored S1000RR-based model from BMW.
