This is a brand new non serviced bike. 1300cc Fully dressed mid sized touring bike which includes head unit for Navi and XM radio. Machine is being sold by Honda Kawasaki Suzuki Yamaha of Orangeburg. All sales are for machine only. Purchaser is responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements. Unit is assembled and displayed on showroom floor. Winning bidder is required to put a $500 deposit on unit upon close of bid and pick unit up within one week, unless other suitable arrangements are made. Winning bid DOES NOT include sales tax and registration. (In SC, tax is 5% capped at $300 and title fee is $40. If this is an out of state purchase, winning bidder's tax and title fees are to be paid by bidder upon registration of vehicle in their state). |

According to the creators, the new motorcycle has an explosive, cross-country character. This was achieved thanks to the development of a new YPVS power valve, a new cylinder and block head.
Lorenzo Signs Two-Year Extension with Yamaha
Thu, 07 Aug 2014Two-time MotoGP Champion Jorge Lorenzo has signed a contract extension with Yamaha to see him race on the company’s factory team through the 2016 season. The signing comes as no real surprise, following similar two-year contract extensions for teammate Valentino Rossi and Repsol Honda’s Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa. Ducati also confirmed it would field Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone next season, so unless Lorenzo wanted to spend a season or two developing Suzuki‘s or Aprilia‘s new prototypes, Lorenzo’s only option for a factory ride was to re-sign with Yamaha.
