For sale 1983 custom build Yamaha Virago Cafe Racer.
Beautiful bike, one of a kind. Lots of custom touches like: battery mounting, front forks bracket, seat and assembly, custom paint (marble candy apple metallic green) and matching LED night lights with ON/OFF switch. Bike runs and rides. It was converted to Cafe Racer about year ago. Tires are in good shape. Brand new battery, front fork seals, spark plugs. All electrical works: lights, turn signals, horn. It was lately seating in the garage but was taken for a ride around the block recently and everything is working fine. It will just need new oil and typical check up any bike needs after sitting. Please DO NOT bid if you are not planning to pay. Sold as is. No warranty. No returns. Local pick up only. Deposit of $300 through PayPal, balance in cash ONLY. The pair, from Seattle, became an internet sensation last year when they created a hyperbole-packed ad for $700-worth of frankly rubbish 1995 Pontiac Grand-Am. Now they’ve pulled the same trick to get rid of a Y2K Yamaha SH50 (the comically-named ‘Razz’), advertising it on Cragslist as “the fulfilment of your wildest fantasies”.

Wed, 26 Feb 2014With the absence of Marc Marquez from the second Sepang MotoGP test, due to a broken leg suffered in a training accident, another Honda rider took his place at the top of the time sheets, though it’s not who you might think. Alvaro Bautista on the Gresini Honda set the fastest time at the end of the first day with a 2:00.848. The time is 1.3 second slower than the fastest time Marquez set at the last Sepang test.
