Here is a great running XS650 that is completely stock except for the Handlebars and the ugly king/queen seat. This bike fires right up, accelerates smoothly. Features a brand new rear tire and Battery. The nice thing about a bike that has the cruiser accessories that this bike has, is you know it was not ridden hard. With only a little over 9000 miles on it you know there are plenty of miles left. Enjoy it like it is or make a tracker or cafe out of it. Its a very nice bike that has been taken care of. Will need front seal and wipers. Some scratches on the top of the tank and on the left pipe but nothing you wouldn't expect from a 40 year old bike. Clear paperwork. Yamaha Quitting World Superbike Racing After 2011 Season
Mon, 01 Aug 2011Yamaha announced it is withdrawing its factory World Superbike Championship race team following the end of the 2011 season. The news comes as a bit of a surprise, just a week after reports the team had re-signed racer Marco Melandri for the 2012 season. On the other hand, the team has struggled to find a title sponsor this season, as has Yamaha’s MotoGP team.
2014 Superbike Shootout Air Dates Announced

2015 Yamaha XC155 Scooter Gets CARB Approval
Thu, 28 Aug 2014The Honda PCX150 may be getting some new competition, as the California Air Resource Board granted an executive order certifying the 155cc Yamaha XC155 scooter. Available in Asian markets last August under the names Majesty S and SMax. Sporting a fuel-injected 155cc liquid-cooled four-valve Single, the XC155 inherits the styling of larger Yamaha scooters including the 395cc Majesty that was part of the company’s U.S.
