The triple tuning fork brand has made a great gift to all 2-stroke enduro enthusiasts with the introduction of the WR250 2T to the European market, based on the recently launched YZ250X in the US. According to the creators, the new motorcycle has an explosive, cross-country character. This was achieved thanks to the development of a new YPVS power valve, a new cylinder and block head.

New 2012 Yamaha Zuma 50F Four-Stroke Scooter Unveiled

Yamaha unveiled the new 2012 Zuma 50F four-stroke scooter, the replacement for the two-stroke Zuma. The new 2012 Yamaha Zuma 50F is powered by a 49cc liquid-cooled fuel injected four-stroke engine, an update from the 2011 Zumas 49cc air-cooled carbureted two-stroke engine. According to Yamaha, the Zuma 50F claims an estimated 132 mpg compared to the two-stroke Zumas claimed 123 mpg.

Hayes Wins 2012 AMA Superbike Championship with Record 14th Win

Monster Energy Graves Yamaha‘s Josh Hayes has clinched his third consecutive AMA Superbike title with his record 14th win of the season at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The win in the second race of the Miami round was the 31st of Hayes’ career. It followed a rare misstep in Race One which saw Hayes crashing after clipping a curb on the third lap.
