Up for sale is this 1979 Yamaha XS 650 Special Cafe Racer. Just some of the updates include, Wheels, Tires, front fork rebuild, brakes, drag bars, brake master cylinder, new paint, seat, suspension, carb rebuild, K&N air intakes, lights, wiring, cables, battery and much more. All receipts included.
It is a fun little bike to blast around town or on the highway. Anyone that is into the Cafe Racer style is sure to enjoy and appreciate this Yamaha. Feel free to ask any questions you have and I'll answer them as soon as I can. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but I will coordinate with the shipper for ease of transaction. Featuring the world’s largest-displacement air-cooled Inline-Four engine in production, the XJR1300 lives on in 2015 with a new custom-inspired look and a cafe racer variant. The 2015 XJR1300 was inspired by a custom from builder Keino called “Rhapsody in Blue” as part of Yamaha’s Yard Built program.

Thu, 17 May 2012Two-time MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has announced he will retire following the end of the 2012 season. Rumors of Stoner’s impending retirement plans have been floating around for weeks with the 26-year-old Repsol Honda racer saying he will continue racing until he no longer enjoyed it. That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.
