Covers: do show shelf wear as media is used and sold as-is. Please look at pictures carefully as all media has been previously owned and does show user wear and shelf wear.
Plastic CD/DVD covers may be cracked or scratched. These are cosmetic flaws that do not affect the condition of the media product.
When available we provide ISBN numbers, copyright and reprint dates. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm if they are purchasing actual recording or cover recordings.
Pictures: we do not use stock photos, the pictures are always actual covers.
Media -Multi -Purchase discounts available. Selections/Purchases must be made within the same day, mailing to the same address.
Complete your purchases and we will refund the actual shipping/handling difference before sending out to you.
Returns: ONLY available for; Movies-Music are tested for playability and graded as VeryGood, Good, or Confirmed Plays Well.
For this reason we are confident to offer a 14 day return option. Returns for playability issues require that buyer notify us within 7 days of receiving and return to us within 14 days of receipt.
Buyer pays return postage and a 20% restock fee.
When we receive return IF we are able to confirm playability concerns we will refund full cost of the original price and original mailing cost as well as the restocking fee.
WE do not refund for cover condition, USPS damage (if you are concerned you should consider purchasing postal insurance).
