- Overall we'd consider this 2005 V-Star 1100 Custom to be in Good condition cosmetically, perhaps bordering Very Good in light of age. There is some evidence that the bike's been lightly dropped on its right-hand side, judging from scratches on one of the mufflers, and the paint or finish on the top of the rear fender is somewhat faded. On the positive side of the ledger, the motorcycle features a clear windscreen, sissy bar/passenger backrest, engine guard, and Kuryakyn highway pegs, all installed by the previous owner. - Starts Right Up - As a motorcycle manufacturer Yamaha is well-regarding as the producers of a reliable bike, so it should come as no surprise that this low-mileage (in comparison to age) 2005 V-Star 1100 fires right up at the touch of the starter button and is ready to RIDE! With the caveat that it's pretty well due for a couple of tires, we wouldn't think twice about taking off on this one right NOW for a cross-town jaunt! Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if paying cash or arranging their own financing; customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state under this scenario. Out of state buyers using Cowboy Harley-arranged financing WILL be charged TT&L appropriate to their home state and these taxes/fees will be paid on their behalf. Documentary fees and Texas V.I.T. do apply in either case.
Taxes and Fees
In-state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $125. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction of a pre-owned motorcycle (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first). A $1,000 deposit is required on any new bike. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close, make payment of a security deposit within 3 days (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first), and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a no-contact/non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports or bus terminals when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
