This motorcycle was built for me by Todd Asin of Small City Cycles in 2011 and debuted at the Born Free 3 Motorcycle Show in Southern CA. It's been in magazines such as Men's File, Junk, and shot by Easy Riders/Wrench but not yet published. I've been the single owner and have clean & clear PA paper for this matching #s bike. One of the nicest Triumphs I've ever seen. Todd's work has been featured at the Yokohama Mooneyes show in Japan and he was selected to build the Born Free 6 Knucklehead giveaway motorcycle which speaks to the fact that his builds are second to none. I've ridden this bike so it's not flawless, but it is in great shape and has been cared for as you can see. It was last serviced professionally by Collins Cycles in Sutersville PA (experts in vintage British machines) in 2014. First or second kick bike. This is a rigid ride with a rear drum brake and a Triumph Tiger Cub front drum that acts mainly as a "hill holder". Probably best for an owner who is comfortable riding and maintaining old bikes. MOTOR:  COMPLETELY REBUILT IN 2011 FROM THE SLUDGE TRAP UP. MATCHING CASES '59 TR6.  BALANCED CRANK, ALL NEW SEALS AND BEARINGS.  NEW 40 OVER PISTONS AND CYLINDER BORE.  HEAD HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REBUILT WITH NEW VAVLES, GUIDES, SPRINGS AND SEATS.  REBUILT MAGNETO, GENERATOR, PRIMARY CHAIN AND CLUTCH.  YOU NAME IT AND ITS BEEN RECONDITIONED OR IS NEW!

TRANNY:  COMPLETELY REBUILT IN 2011 WITH NEW BUSHINGS AND SEALS.  POLISHED COVER AND NEW KICKER ARM AND GEAR SELECTOR.

FRAME:  MATCHING NUMBERS FRAME/MOTOR. STOCK '59 FRONT SECTION WITH A FACTORY METAL WORKS CUSTOM MADE 4" STRETCH, 3" DROP BOLT-ON HARDTAIL.  ALL THE BLACK SURFACES WERE POWDER COATED FOR DURABILITY. NEW TIMKEN NECK BEARINGS.

FORKS:  BRAND NEW REPRODUCTION HARLEY 45 SPRINGER WITH CUSTOM MACHINED STAINLESS SPACERS AND CUSTOM HANDLEBARS WELDED TO THE TOP TREE.  CUSTOM ONE-OFF HEADLIGHT MOUNT AND REAR VIEW MIRROR.

WHEELS:  TRIUMPH TIGER CUB FRONT BRAKE HUB POWDER COATED AND LACED TO A 21" FRONT RIM WITH THICKER GAUGE STAINLESS SPOKES.  GOOD BRAKE SHOES AND BEARINGS ARE NEW. AVON SPEEDMASTER TIRE.   REAR WHEEL IS A STOCK TRIUMPH 18" WITH A BRAND NEW REAR RIM POWDER COATED AND LACED TO THE STOCK TRIUMPH HUB.  GOOD BRAKE SHOES AND BEARINGS.  CUSTOM MACHINED WHEEL SPACERS. 

TANK-FENDER:  GAS TANK IS A VINTAGE WASSELL BANANA UNIT WITH CUSTOM MOUNTS.  IT HAS AIRCRAFT GRADE INTERIOR COATING.  FENDER IS A WASSELL RIBBED UNIT.  CUSTOM MADE FENDER STRUTS WITH HIDDEN MOUNTS.  CUSTOM MIXED SLATE GREEN PAINT WITH GREY BODY LINE STRIPS AND DARK FOREST GREEN PINSTRIPING.  ALL DONE IN METALLIC SO IT LOOKS GREAT IN THE SUN.  

OIL TANK:  ORIGINAL PRE UNIT RIGID FRAME OIL TANK THAT WAS EXTENDED 2 INCHES TO COVER THE ELECTRICS AND BATTERY.  CUSTOM MADE COVER THAT IS HIDDEN BEHIND A ONE-OFF HANDMADE LEATHER TOOL POUCH SHAPED TO MATCH THE COVER.  

SEAT:  CUSTOM MADE PAN COVERED IN LEATHER. 

PIPES: MODIFIED UNITS FROM THE FACTORY METAL WORKS CERAMIC COATED IN AN ALUMINUM FINISH.   VERY DURABLE.
