Chopper Chopper description

Pretty cool HD shovelhead chopper/bar hopper up for sale here. I have had this bike for about 6 years and used it for shorter rides, cruising around town, and took it to a couple rallies here is Texas. I really love this bike and it has a really cool look to it and it gets a hell of a lot of compliments and is fun really to ride. I really hate to sell this thing but I have too many bikes and don’t ride them all so trying to downsize. It is titled in Texas as 79 HD. The bike does not have a speedo or turn signals. I had it inspected here to get it titled here (was from Georgia originally and titled there as well). The bike runs great and is fast and looks great as well. As you can see it has the Black Widow theme going on it. Here is what the bike has.

·         1979 HD Shovelhead - Rebuilt around 2500 miles ago. Strong Engine

·         4 Speed Transmission

·         Paughco Rigid Frame/ Powder coated black with custom spider webbing welded into the frame

·         Custom Tank with airbrushed Black Widow and webbing

·         Custom made bars with webbing welded into them and powder coated black

·         Spider Web Mirror

·         Custom seat

·         Chromed out Front End

·         Spike front axle covers

·         GMA Chrome Dual Front Calipers

·         GMA Chrome Front Master Cylinder

·         GMA Polished Forward Controls

·         Spike Foot Pegs

·         Spike Clutch Pedal

·         Spike Brake Pedal

·          Steel Braided Brake Lines

·         Steel Braided Oil Lines

·         Steel Braided Fuel Line

·         S&S Shorty Carb

·         S&S Air Cleaner

·         Custom Built Exhaust

·         GMA Chrome Rear Caliper

·         Rear Chrome Rotor

·         Front Chrome Rotors

·         21 Inch Front Wheel (21x2.15)

·         18 Inch Rear Wheel (18x5.75) With 200 Rear Tire

·         Custom Made Chrome Suicide Shifter

·         Kick or Electric Start (I never use the kick and it fires right up)

I have 100% feedback on buying and selling and I am laying everything out just how it is on this bike. The Bike is not 100% perfect and is a used bike. There is pitting on the rear wheel and would recommend replacing both tires. I was going to put some Black DNA Fat Spoke Wheels on it if I kept it and think they would look great. This is a Shovelhead so it does leak a little oil (nothing major at all). The oil leaks are not from the motor itself but some of the oil lines (might want to replace those as well, but not a big job). Like I said the bike s not perfect but is one super cool chopper. Most everything has been done to the bike and would not take much to make it a show bike, but to me this thing should be ridden and I just don’t have the time for it anymore. Please feel free to ask me any questions at all. I will accept a cashiers or personal check but will not release the bike until the check clears period. I will accept PayPal if you are willing to split the fee with me. Buyer is responsible for shipping local pick up is fine as well. I think it can be shipped about anywhere in the US mainland for about $500. I will only ship to the US.

And it's goodbye to all that ...

WHAT, you may well be asking, is a picture of an upturned helicopter doing on a website dedicated to motorcycles? Chopper fans amongst you may know this isn't any ordinary helicopter, it's an Agusta 109C; an 8-seat twin-turbine multi-million dollar aircraft capable of whisking its occupants across the sky at around 170mph. And my point is?

Kittens love wooden motorbikes

A chopper true to it's word as Hungarian motorcycle enthusiast Istvan Puskas quite literally spent two years chopping wood to make his dream ride. The one-of-a-kind bike, built by the 52-year-old tractor driver from Budapest, is made from water resistant black locust wood and is powered by a small engine donated from a Fiat. It also turns out that adorable kittens like it too...

The Nine-Cylinder Motorcycle

Most would think a radial airplane engine is best left for airplanes. Frank Ohle is not one of those people. This mad fabricator from Germany found himself in possession of a Rotec Radial R3600 airplane engine and decided the best place for it was not in the sky, but in fact on the ground, in a motorcycle.
