Up for sale is my 1942 H-D U, 74ci big flatty. The motor is all rebuilt with all H-D internals, matching belly numbers, correct linkert M51. Runs like a top. Servi car timer ( auto advance) Cycle electric generator/Regulator 12V. Four speed early trans with tank shift top, all rebuilt. 56-57 Harley frame. BDL Belt drive under the tin primary. Disk brakes front and rear. Hidden wiring and internal throttle control. Avon venom tires front and rear. Custom upswept fishtail exhaust. The list goes on and on, its a one off bike, It was built with care and the best components. I have all the receipts, that total way more than the asking price, I can answer all your questions about the build. $500 cash deposit to my paypal acct upon buying bike, the remainder to be paid upon pick up. Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
