Selling my 1999 Harley Davidson Heritage Springer Softail FLSTS This bike is absolutely beautiful and has very classic, timeless styling. There are roughly 37000 miles on the bike, but you'd never be able to tell - it is extremely clean. This bike is everything that it should be and performs as it should. I had the bike detailed last month and it came out amazingly. The two tone blue and silver paint is very nice and complement each other very well. The chrome is in great shape and so is the leather. The engine starts right up and the bike shifts well. The clutch feels great and the tires and brakes are in great shape. The only issue I see is that the headlight rivets are a little lose and that it vibrates while riding down the road - could possibly be fixed with a small shim, or you can find a replacement pretty easily. I have a clean CT title in hand and the bike is currently registered and insured in my name. Please take a look at the pictures, they look great and still don't do the bike justice. I encourage anyone local to come see the bike so that you can really appreciate what it is. This was the last of the EVO powered bikes and many say that the 1997-1999 model years are the best example of the Heritage Springer line. Harley-Davidson Recalls Over 100,000 Touring Models, 1400 Street Models
Wed, 01 Oct 2014Harley-Davidson has recalled more than 105,000 Touring models from the 2014 model year, and approximately 1400 Street models from the 2015 model year. The Touring models have been recalled due to a possible failure of a component in the clutch master cylinder. This possible failure could cause a reduction in pressure available to keep the clutch disengaged, according to the NHTSA.

Harley-Davidson Goes Low for 2015
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed the new 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low, offering what it calls the the lowest seat height of any premium touring motorcycle on the market. Designed with riders 5 feet 7 inches and shorter in mind, the two Low models have a seat height of 25.6 inches from the ground, or 1.7 inches lower than the regular models. The lower seat isn’t the only change to accommodate shorter riders.
2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014It’s no surprise, as we’ve already seen the spy photos and California Air Resources Board documents, but Harley-Davidson has officially introduced its new Freewheeler trike, adding a second three-wheeled model to go with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.
