Honda CB description
1971 Honda CB 175. For parts or project bike. When I got the bike it was running but seemed to need some adjustments in the carb. I took out 1 of the spark plugs and when I tried to put it back in, discovered that the hole was stripped. I have a pre-owned cylinder head in excellent condition to replace the 1 with the stripped spark plug hole. I also have all new gaskets and o-rings and the Clymer repair manual. I don't have all the tools to make the swap and I am going to be moving soon so even if I did repair it I wouldn't be able to take it with me. The bike has 3,800 mis, brand new tires and seat and is in attractive condition. One downside is that I do not have the title. The previous owner couldn't find it when he sold it to me. GSX-R600 and CBR250R the glass is half full
Wed, 13 Oct 2010Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong. As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.

Thu, 02 Feb 2012To be the man, you have to beat the man, and after the final day of MotoGP’s pre-season test in Malaysia, Repsol Honda‘s Casey Stoner continues to be the man. The reigning MotoGP World Champion didn’t let lingering soreness from the back problems that sidelined him for the first day of testing at Sepang slow him down. On just his second of 21 laps on the final day, Stoner set a blistering lap time of 1:59.607, besting second-fastest rider Jorge Lorenzo by 0.591 seconds.While there’s still some room for improvement to be found his Honda RC213V, Stoner will turn things over to the engineers and fly back home to Switzerland to his wife Adriana for the birth of their first child.
