                                                                      1972 Honda CB350

This Honda starts and runs.  I cleaned the carbs, cleaned the gas tank, installed a new battery and everything works as it should.  It is an original bike.  the bike has a cool dual horn set up and a period correct luggage rack too.  The front brake works fine, but the cable is not working so I ordered a new cable.  LOW ORIGINAL MILES OF ONLY 4,800 MILES.

Great bike to restore, or ride as a survivor, or use for parts, or display it in your dealership.  These are getting harder and harder to find in original condition.  The lights and signals work too.

I will provide a Notarized Bill of Sale.  You can get a title in all 50 states with this.

PAY PAL ONLY FOR PAYMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PAY PAL DO NOT BID.   WHEN YOU WIN THE AUCTION, YOU SEND ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AS LINKED TO YOUR PAY PAL AND I SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR THE ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE.  NO EXCEPTIONS.   I TRIED TO DO OTHER METHODS WITH BUYERS AND THEY ALWAYS ENDED UP A MESS, SO NO MORE MONEY ORDERS, WIRE TRANSFERS OR WHATEVER.  PAY PAL ONLY.  IT IS EASY.  IT IS SAFE. AND IT WORKS.  I PAY THE 2.9% FEE SO YOU PAY NOTHING TO SEND IT.

Thank you very much for your interest and for bidding.  Good luck to all.    REMEMBER, PAY PAL ONLY.  UPON AUCTION END, YOU SEND ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS LINKED TO YOUR PAY PAL AND I SEND YOU THE FULL INVOICE.  SIMPLE.  EASY.

SHIPPING:  I do not ship vehicles,  and I am not a dealer or a mechanic.  The buyer is responsible to arrange and pay for their own shipping or pick the vehicle up.  I will store the vehicle for up to 30 days.  Please try to get it picked up by then, otherwise, storage fees of $10 per day will be added to what you owe. Thanks.

PAYMENT:  Please, PAY PAL ONLY.   I send you an Invoice as soon as the auction ends and you pay the Invoice then please.  You will need to give me your email address as soon as you buy the bike ok?  These are my terms.  Thank you.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Tue, 09 Oct 2012

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.

Hot Lap Around Spa-Francorchamps With Xavier Simeon

Fri, 20 Jan 2012

If you’re a fan of motorsport on both two and four wheels like me, then you should be familiar with the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. Here, Belgian native Xavier Simeon, the 2009 FIM Superstock 1000 champion and current Moto2 competitor, does a couple flying laps around his home track aboard a Honda CBR600RR at what appears to be a trackday. The speed he carries and the smoothness of his riding are simply extraordinary.

Honda Reports Q3 2011-2012 Results

Tue, 31 Jan 2012

Honda reported a 41% decrease in net income over the third quarter, thanks primarily to the rising Japanese yen, continuing effects from the Japanese earthquake and floods in Thailand interrupting automobile production. Thanks to recovering auto sales and growing motorcycle sales in emerging markets, Honda reported a net profit of 47.6 billion yen (US$624 million) in the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2011.
