Up for bid is a very nice example of a 1973 Honda CB500F. We have tried to stick to modifications that enhance the appearance of the bike without radically altering it. No chassis modifications were made, simply cosmetic and performance upgrades. Here is a partial listing of the parts and modifications: - MAC 4 into 1 header - Powder coated frame, wheel rims, side stand and swing arm - Polished engine covers, wheel hubs, fork sliders and hand controls - Painted engine block and head - Super bike bend bars with Biltwell grips - Carburetors rebuilt, jetted to the exhaust and fitted with Uni pod filters - New spokes, nipples and Metzeler tires - NOS tank emblems and reproduction side cover emblems - Original front and rear fenders (front fender has been shortened) - New speedo and tachometer in custom bracket. (We have the original gauges if desired) - Custom seat based on original pan. This allows the factory hinge to remain operable. - New Candy Bacchus Olive paint on original tank and side covers. - New chain and sprockets The bike is in excellent running and riding condition. 2014 AMA Supercross – Toronto Results
Mon, 24 Mar 2014James Stewart captured his series-leading fourth AMA Supercross 450 class win of the season, giving him sole possession of second place on the overall career wins list ahead of Ricky Carmichael and behind Jeremy McGrath. The win also helped Stewart gain some ground on points leader Ryan Villopoto who suffered from a bout of food poisoning. Villopoto was examined at a Toronto hospital and released in time for the opening ceremonies.

Mon, 14 Oct 2013Honda Project Leader Shunji Yokokawa's first Honda bike was a CB900, which he got when he was a teenager after seeing Freddie Spencer wheeling his way down the Laguna's Corkscrew.Yokokawa has been in the States himself recently, having travelled to the Bonneville Salt Flats to break a world land speed record for a stock 600cc motorcycle.According to the Southern California Timing Association website (you'd have thought the video might have mentioned something about the record?), Shunji was successful in his attempt during August's 'Speed Week', setting an official speed of 170.828mph onboard a CBR600RR.
2013 AMA Supercross Daytona Race Report
Mon, 11 Mar 2013Ryan Villopoto won his fifth main event race of the year at Daytona to take over the lead in the 2013 AMA Supercross championship standings. The win is the third at Daytona in the Monster Energy Kawasaki racer’s career, matching the totals set by Bob Hannah, Mike Kiedrowski, Jeremy McGrath and Chad Reed. Only Ricky Carmichael, who designed the sand-based Daytona track, holds more Supercross wins at Daytona with five victories.
