Honda CB description

I have a nice clean and running bike for sale. I think it's in great condition for its age... But will need some work to make it a nice reliable daily rider.
Starts easy and runs but seems to have a misfire that comes and goes.
I have too many projects and I need to thin out my garage.
I bought this from the second owner in the spring and I have the clean and clear title from when he bought it in '77 !
So far all I have done to it was drain out the old gas and put in fresh gas... And installed a new battery.
I'm sure it's gonna need points, condensers, chain sprockets, tires... And all the other little things that it takes to get these old Hondas running like new again...
Things I have noticed... Bars and seat cover are not original... Front brakes need pumping before they work...tach has been replaced... But it rides very nice and sounds great! I have the right side cover and tank emblem.. The side cover is badly cracked and probably garbage.

What’s the deal with all those Pink Motorcycles?

Tue, 07 Jul 2009

Picture a Motorcycle in your mind, any Motorcycle. It could be one you own, want to own, one you’ve seen. Can you picture it?  What Brand is it?  What Model, year, how fast does it go?  You can probably picture each of these elements vividly.

2010 Honda V4 Teaser [video]

Tue, 25 Aug 2009

Based on the concept model unveiled last October at Intermot 2008, the new motorcycle is expected to be a sport-tourer powered by a 1200cc V-4 engine with variable cylinder technology which can allow it to run on only two cylinders to conserve fuel.  There are also rumors that the motorcycle will have a semi-auto gear box which will give the rider the option of going manual or automatic. Honda has a dedicated website for the V4 where you can enter for a chance to win a spot to be one of the first to test drive the new bike, unfortunately, the contest is only open to Europeans. Hit the jump to see the new promo video (you can hear what the motorcycle sounds like!) and an interview with design project leader, Teofilo Plaza.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Los Angeles Results

Mon, 23 Jan 2012

Chad Reed won his first race of the 2012 AMA Supercross season in Los Angeles but the victory was overshadowed by a first-lap collision that left Trey Canard and Ryan Morais with broken backs. Racing for Team Honda Muscle Milk, Canard was injured on the first lap after catching a piece of some signage. That forced him to single a triple jump, putting him in the path of Star Valli Yamaha rider Ryan Morais who landed on Canard from behind.
