500/4 Honda low rider.ridgid project...I beleive this to be either an old jammer,or santee frame..but not exactly sure..21+18 wheels front to rear..stock honda front end set up with no brake..has the honda hub laced to the 21 and the tabs for brake caliper still if you'd rather have one..motor is complete with carbs and electric,turns over and has compression..will need electrics,wiring,fab work more parts and some love...but a cool project for short $$....no frame#s I can find..
