Honda CBR description
2006 Honda CBR1000RR (CBR1000RR), Very Nice Bike!!! - New for 2006, the radically re-styled CBR1000RR looks like a muscular predator. Underneath that formidable shell rests an upgraded higher revving 998 cc DOHC inline-four wrapped in an all-aluminum lighter chassis patterned after our championship-winning MotoGP RC211V. And with Unit Pro-Link rear suspension, center-up exhaust and dual-stage fuel injection — its feeding time.

The unseen Honda collection
Thu, 07 Jan 2010IN AN UMARKED warehouse in Torrance, California, lies a collection of classic Honda cars and motorcycles from the past four decades - most have never been seen by public eyes. The collection was started by a former executive of American Honda, Tom Elliott, Honda USA's executive vice president for sales, John Mendel, tells the New York Times.“The problem was, we kept turning up more and more significant models that we couldn’t let go of,” said Mr. Mendel. We just kept parking them in this warehouse.
Dovi given the 1000fps treatment
Fri, 22 Jul 2011Andrea Dovizioso describes the perfect lap from the start to the corners. All three of the Repsol Honda riders have very different riding styles and comparing the above footage of Dovi against Stoner you can see that he is a lot more conservative on the bike than a ragged lap of his Australian team-mate. Still incredibly rapid though.
Kenny Roberts Motorcycle Collection Up For Sale
Wed, 25 Apr 2012Motorcycling legend Kenny Roberts has commissioned RMD Motors to auction off some rare and exclusive motorcycles from his collection, presumably to make room for more. The Japan-based company is known the world over for its collection of rare and classic motorcycles for sale, many of which are retired grand prix machines fortunate enough to escape the fate of most decommissioned racebikes: the crusher. Headlining the Roberts collection is the 2004 Proton KRV5 originally ridden by Kurtis Roberts, King Kenny’s youngest son. The five-cylinder grand prix machine never achieved much success on the world stage, but will easily make you the center of attention at your local trackday.
