Up for auction is my CR250 Elsinore. I have owned the bike for about 2 years and only road it around the neighborhood a few times then drained the fuel and put it with my collection with other vintage dirt bikes. The original owner said the engine was completely rebuilt but I have never gone into it to verify as it runs strong. The bike does have a large dent in the tank and the paint is not perfect but it is definitely a survivor. I will work with your shipper once all funds have cleared. Engine # is CR250ME-1020571. Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.

Mon, 06 Jan 2014KTM rookie Ken Roczen captured his first 450 class win in the AMA Supercross world championship, taking the season opener at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. An audience of 45,050 fans watched a clean race from the rookie while errors by veterans like James Stewart and three-time reigning champion Ryan Villopoto knocked them out of contention. Villopoto had a strong start, taking the holeshot and leading the first eight laps, just like the Kawasaki rider had done so often the last few seasons.
Redding Signs with Gresini to Ride Honda RCV1000R MotoGP Production Racer
Thu, 29 Aug 2013Current Moto2 points leader Scott Redding has signed a two-year contract to race in the MotoGP class for the Go&Fun Honda Gresini team. The 20-year-old British rider will join Alvaro Bautista on the Gresini team riding the new Honda‘s new production racer the team reveals will be called the RCV1000R. Redding leads the Moto2 championship for the Marc van der Straten racing team with 167 points, a comfortable lead of 21 points ahead of Tuenti HP 40‘s Pol Espargaró with seven rounds to go.
