KTM Other description

2012 Ktm 250 SX-F, 2012 KTM 250 SX-F - There can be no better proof of the supremacy of the 250 SX-F than three consecutive MX2 world championship titles. But that’s no reason for KTM to rest on its laurels. The new model is now available with a revamped chassis and an electric starter that proves its worth in many situations. Hence the smallest four-stroke in the KTM MX range continues to guarantee top finishes.

Leaked Details On The Production KTM RC390

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

In July we broke the news of a new racebike from KTM, the RC390, which is to be used in a spec racing series in 2014. Now, we’ve received leaked information from KTM Duke 390 forum member sandy_mary with technical specs about the road going production model. Pulled from a secret page on KTM’s Canadian website, according to sandy_mary, here’s what we’ve found out.

Duke-Based 2015 200 KTM Supermoto Spied

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

KTM is following-up its small-displacement naked Duke and RC sportbike models with a new line of supermotos based off of the same platform. As with the Duke and RC models, we should expect KTM to offer supermotos in 125, 200 and 390 versions, all sharing similar engines and frames. A test mule of what appears to be a KTM 125 or 200 Supermoto prototype was spotted fueling up somewhere in Europe and from the photograph (see below for a larger version) above we can see a swingarm, ten-spoke wheels and trellis frame that appear identical to those on the Duke.

Why KTM's sport 350 is a good idea

Wed, 10 Aug 2011

KTM were unlucky when their plans were leaked (for covert market research?). Amongst those listed was the forecast for a Moto3 350. Now it is unlikely that the Moto3 class is going to grow from 250 to 350 by 2014, unless KTM are aware of something that the MotoGP rule-makers aren't.
