Combining _'s power and handling characteristics it has refined in its GSX-R sport bikes with sleek cruiser styling. The M109 is easily identifiable by its streamlined Trapezoidal-shaped headlamp cover swooping bodywork a thick inverted front fork and a 240mm wide rear tire. Though the M109 is considered a cruiser motorcycle. The is full of top-shelf technology. Like _'s Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) injection system and _'s rac-proven Composite Electrochemical Material SCEM that lines the cylinder heads. At the heart of the M109 power cruiser is a liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 54-degree V-Twin. A 5 gear transmission passes power to a shaft final drive. The has a two-stage cam drive that creates a compact cylinder head and short engine height which allows for a low center of gravity. The 1800cc engine sits in a high-tensile double-cradle steel frame. Besides the , _'s power cruiser is offered in 2 other variations, the leaner two and a Limited Edition that adds a sporty racing stripe, custom gauges, a custom taillight, and a uniquely styled seat. 2014 Suzuki V-Strom 650 Recalled for Defective Drive Chain

Suzuki Motor of America announced a recall on the 2014 V-Strom 650 ABS because of a problem with the drive chain. As of this writing, the recall campaign has not been posted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, but we expect this to be done shortly. Meanwhile north of the border, a similar recall has been announced for the 2014 Suzuki GSX650FA by Transport Canada describing a similar problem.

Rizla Suzuki welcomed back John Hopkins to Jerez and by the end of day one the American was posting some very respectable lap times. To me it seems like yesterday, but it was way back in 2007 when he last rode for the British based team ending the season 4th in the World Championship. The dry qualifying went well but he wasn’t too upset when it rained on race day as he admitted to not being bike fit and would have struggled to maintain a fast dry race pace.
