1979 Triumph 750 Bonneville Rare - Good Condition - *Part of a Vintage Motorcycle Collection for Sale (see my other listings and the list below) This motorcycle (along with 40+ others) has been owned by a champion racer & collector that has passed away recently. The entire collection has been kept in great shape in a climate controlled environment and has been taken care of professionally over the years. That said this sale is offered as-is, where-is with no warranties, express, implied or any other kind. All information contained in this listing is to the best of our knowledge but the buyer is ultimately responsible to inspect & verify any and all information. Not all bikes come with titles due to their vintage nature - bill of sale will be provided when the titles are not available. All bikes are located in our showroom in Dallas - TX. Triumph to Sponsor Jason DiSalvo Speed Academy
Wed, 18 Apr 2012Triumph Motorcycles has signed a sponsorship agreement with Jason DiSalvo‘s riding school. The 2011 Daytona 200 winner rides a Triumph Daytona 675R for the Latus Motors AMA Daytona Sportbike team so it’s no surprise the British manufacturer is sponsoring the Jason DiSalvo Speed Academy. DiSalvo also raced for Triumph-backed BE1 World Supersport team, and though he left the team on rather murky terms, DiSalvo and Triumph enjoy a strong working relationship.
2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and 1050SE – New Suspension, Handlebars and Colors
Tue, 27 Sep 2011Triumph announced some updates to its Tiger 1050 and Tiger 1050SE for 2012, though at the moment it appears only the SE version will be offered in the United States. The 2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and the special edition version receive updated suspension with new damping settings for both the front and the rear as well as a stiffer rear shock. Triumph says the updates will provide a more controlled ride for both riding solo or with a passenger while brake diving is also reduced.
2013 Triumph Trophy SE Recalled in Canada for Potential Fuel Leak
Thu, 30 May 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2013 Triumph Trophy SE because of a potential fuel leak. As yet, no recall has been announced for the U.S., but we expect one to be announced shortly by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. According to Transport Canada, the fuel tanks on certain Trophy models may have been manufactured incorrectly and may leak fuel.
