    Here is one really nice Honda for sale.  My brother bought this brand new in 2000 and has been the sole owner up until last year, at which point I bought it from him.  In the thirteen years of ownership he only put 1828 miles on it!  As a matter of fact, it hasn't been registered since 2007 or inspected since 2004!  It hasn't been ridden very much at all.  It just sat in the garage, just being moved from one spot to another.  He put the following aftermarket items on it... Seat backrests Saddlebags and Fender bag Two tone windshield Highway bar and highway pegs Complete Vance and Hines exhaust system K&N jetting kit and Washable filter Also included is a really nice bike cover for storage.  Hopefully you are in the market for a really nice motorcycle at a great price.  I am looking to get exactly what I paid for it.  I didn't put some giant reserve price on it.  Yes it is thirteen years old and yes it is used, but I promise it is worth every penny.  The battery has been replaced and is strong.  The tires are starting to show some checking, so you might have to replace them for inspection.  I am guessing with some fresh gas and plugs it won't miss a beat.  The carb has stayed drained in storage and I haven't messed with it since I wasn't in the position to ride and enjoy it.  Please feel free to e-mail me and ask questions.  I will answer your questions truthfully and post them with the response, on this ad for others to read.  If you need to talk to me over the phone, I would be happy to send my number.     I ENJOY RESTORING AND REFURBISHING OLDER BIKES.  FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS 1987 VT700C HONDA SHADOW AND IT IS NOW READY TO GO.  THE BIKE WAS ORIGINALLY OWNED BY A FAMILY OF ADULT RIDERS AND HAD BEEN GARAGED FOR AT LEAST THE PAST 2 YEARS.  I SPENT MANY HOURS POLISHING AND RUST REMOVING TO GET IT IN DECENT SHAPE BODY WISE AND IT COULD STILL USE A LITTLE WORK.   IT NEEDS A RIGHT SIDE COVER BUT THAT DOESN’T IMPAIR OPERATIONS, LOOK FOR ONE ON EBAY.  I LEFT THE DEAD HEAD STICKER ON BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT LOOKED COOL, BUT IT CAN BE EASILY REMOVED.  BONUS! ALSO INCLUDED: A BRAND NEW NELSON - RIGG COVER  AND, A CLYMER SERVICE, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL!

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

Honda reported sales of 4.137 million motorcycles over its first quarter ended June 30, 2014. That represents a 2.0% increase over the results of the same quarter the previous year, which doesn’t sound like much. But then you remember that 2.0% still represents an additional 83,000 motorcycles (including ATVs), such is the scale involved in a company like Honda.
