Harley-Davidson Flathead History The first flathead V-Twin offered by Harley-Davidson was the D Model, produced from 1929 to 1931. The R model, made from 1932 to 1936, began Harley's side-valve tradition in the 45-cid class. The D and R models were succeeded in 1937 by the W series.  Advantages of a flathead (side-valve) engine over an overhead valve engine were cost of manufacture and simplicity.

2009 Ultra classic in old school turquoise and antique white with security, ABS, and cruise. As you may know this color combination is rarely produced and in the last decade can only be found on 2009 bikes. A lot of time, money and effort have been spent to make this the perfect touring bike or street cruiser.

Good bike, was parked for 3 years, stepfather owned but cannot ride. I rebuilt the carbs, new sparkplugs, cleaned the tank. Then took it to the Kawasaki shop and had it tuned up.

Matching numbers and clean title.The 1973s were the last and best of the fabulous Norton 750s. They were the "  Cycle guide" motor cycle of the year five consecutive years.

This Boulevard C50 is a classic, garage kept, cruiser - combined with a V-twin engine that kicks up with quite a charge every time you twist the throttle. The classic design begins with the flowing lines of its kicked-out front end and pullback handlebars, that perfectly complement the teardrop tank, stepped seat and valanced rear fender.  She has a studded tank cover, rear seat and backrest.  The handgrips have a palm rest and cruise control.  Comes with Driver's foot platforms and heel-toe shifter, removable windshield, pair of leather saddlebags.  I also will throw in a Joe Rocket armored jacket(Xlarge-used value $75) and a pair of Harley Leather motorcycle double zippered boots(men's 8.5-used value $80) both only worn once. This Sleek, yet comfortable bike, has been very, very good to me the past 2 years.  It is a superb choice for seasoned bikers, as well as the new rider, with wide appeal to both the ladies AND the gents.  Due to Health issues over the last few months, I am no longer able to enjoy her.   Still owe a balance on this beauty to local bank.

this 100th year ann road glide is gonna make next owner a great bike its clean and well mantianed had a ridder backrest and the bread box has a adjustment on it from j& p to move it back about 3 inches for more room between rider and passenger  it also has the winter farings not shown in pics and a extra windshield a shop manual plus all paper work that comes with a new bike plus its air ride and has a alarm om it with 2 fobs the air lift table is also a great little asset  it has very little use mostly oil changes and working on lawn mower   you can call me at 601 259 2710 thanks for looking

I bought this bike after a guy dropped it and got it for a good price. I own another sport bike and figured it was a good opportunity to see if I liked a GSXR 750 better than my SV650S. So, I replaced the fairings, which turned out it was cheaper to buy a fairing aftermarket kit than just to replace them with stock design ones.
