1979 Yamaha XS 650 Special Cafe Racer (clean title). Updates include, wheels, tires, front fork rebuild, brakes, drag bars, brake master cylinder, new paint, seat, suspension, carb rebuild, K&N air intakes, lights, wiring, cables, battery and much more.

It is a fun little bike to blast around town or on the highway. Anyone that is into the Cafe Racer style is sure to enjoy and appreciate this Yamaha. Yamaha has released a new video of the 2012 YZF-R1 featuring MotoGP racer Ben Spies taking the new bike with Yamaha’s 50th Anniversary limited edition livery to a track day. Spies who won the 2009 World Superbike Championship on a Yamaha R1 so he is obviously very familiar with the sportbike which will now be available with a seven-level traction control system. Spies appears a little bored as the other riders learn the layout of the track and when they get to the track, he calmly waits while they take off around him before dropping the hammer and showing them how it’s done.

California Superbike School 2-day Camp at Silverstone

California Superbike School will be running a 2-day camp at Silverstone for the first time in the UK this August, offering riders a chance to enjoy extra track time while improving their skills in the art of cornering. Taking place on the all-new South circuit (1.9 miles long with 12 turns) students can ride their own bike or hire a fully prepared 2010 Yamaha R6 with the latest Dunlop Sportsmart tyres and fuel included. Already hugely popular with students returning year after year, previously the 2-day camps have been held in Spain during the spring.
